Billi Delgado, Director of Operations + Designer – best described as 'calm as a cucumber.' She has an impeccable talent for task and stress management which comes from her 20+ years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry within hospitality, restaurants, and event planning. This experience has also provided her with a keen eye for attention to detail and functionality. She is a graduate of the University of Arizona and the Interior Design Institute. She is a previous member of the American Society of Interior Design and a supportive force in all things development and creation for the company. A leader of all trades and a manager of chaos; she is the perfect person to help guide a visual dream into a tangible space. 

Kelly Polder, Creative Director + Designer – passion for design that started at a young age with a mom in the fashion industry she not only saw beautiful designs in clothing but also in their homes from Los Angeles, New York, Dallas, and Tucson. Kelly recalls special memories of her and her mom spending their weekends going to home stores, antique shops, and estate sales in search of unique and timeless pieces. This is where Kelly developed an impeccable taste for making any room feel both charming and tasteful. Kelly attended The University of Arizona and graduated with a B.S. in Nutritional Sciences. Kelly’s true gift to this partnership is bringing together her knowledge of wellness and health and incorporating that with her style into making the perfect balanced space. When working with clients Kelly is known for her calming nature and easy-to-work-with demeanor. 

Shawn Levine, Project Director + Designer – received her Bachelor’s Degree in Regional Development from The University of Arizona where her true love for real estate and design were able to merge. She took this love for this industry into the financial end of it, which gave her the amazing opportunity to purchase her first home remodel. This is where Shawn realized she genuinely has a passion for designing. She excels at personal touches, taking unique treasures and turning them into beautiful and warm designs. Shawn channels her energy through her love of detail and balance. She is excellent at client communication and complete follow-through, we lovingly call her our “make-it-happen girl.”
